Skills are going to be done a little differently than we usually see. Each character gets 600 points to spend amongst all the skills here on this list. The maximum amount of points you can spend on any skill is 80 points. Of course your skills will advance over the course of the game. I would consider 0-25 a beginner amount of skill, up to 50 intermediate,50-70 to be experienced, and 70+ to be an expert. For example, to be considered fully conversant in a language, you must spend at least 70 points in it. In a beginner skill bracket, you might only know "Hola, como estas?"

Dragon Skills

Since Dragons are sentient beings with wills of their own, they act as sort of secondary characters and therefore get their own skills. Since dragons come in different breeds and sizes each with their own strengths and weaknesses, those do need to be taken into account when dragon skills are allotted. For example, a Regal Copper is the largest dragon native to the British Isles, so they would naturally have a high strength and constitution, an average intelligence, and a lower agility and speed. A Winchester, on the other hand, would have the opposite stats.
To that end, the admins have taken it upon themselves to allot skills based on breeds. These are not to be generally released.

Since the skills being pre-determined makes for boring cookie-cutter dragons, however, an element of customization is introduced: You get 50 points to spend to raise your dragon's skills above the pre-set levels. If you choose to subtract points from an area, such as if your dragon had below-average intelligence or strength, you may choose to subtract up to 10 points and spend it in a different area instead. You can allot these points in any way you wish. The 10 points can be subtracted wholesale or in increments of 5 points.
